By placing an order with SoleRevive, you agree to the following terms. SoleRevive is a trading name of Modern Creation (ABN 20 936 471 355).

All products are subject to availability. Product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge, though minor variations may occur between batches or production runs.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time prior to an order being placed.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders at our discretion — for example, in cases of payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.

Orders are fulfilled in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery windows are indicative only and are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoleRevive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
