Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery takes 2–11 business days. This window applies to all supported destinations — Australia and New Zealand. Estimated windows are indicative only. Delays can occur during peak periods or due to carrier conditions outside our control.

Standard shipping is free on all orders to Australia and New Zealand.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@solereviveco.com and we'll follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
