Refund policy
SoleRevive offers a 30-day satisfaction trial on all orders. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us at hello@solereviveco.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right.
To start the process, simply reach out by email with your order number and a brief description of the issue. There's no need to return the product by default — we handle every case directly and will let you know if a return is required. Depending on your situation, we'll offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible, your item must have been purchased directly from SoleRevive. The 30-day trial window begins from the date of delivery, not the date of your order.
This guarantee does not apply to change-of-mind requests made after the 30-day window has closed, or to damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
